We are a non-profit organization founded in Barcelona in June 2014 and registered under Spanish law as an association. Surf & Help combines surfing with supporting social and environmental causes.

We spent many years in supporting charities like Street Child, Surfrider Foundation or Room to Read and now moved our engagement to the next level by founding Surf & Help. By initiating events, educational activities and surf camps in collaboration with non-profit projects we want to support social and environmental causes. In specific our goals are:

  • Create sustainable opportunities for people facing any sort of disadvantages eg due to poverty, social exclusion etc.
  • Protect the coastal environment and ecosystem.
  • Offer participants of our activities a one-of-a-kind experience including surfing plus supporting the work of great non-profit projects.

The association Surf & Help is managed by the following board members:

  • Florian Weimert - President
  • Joan Ayala - Treasurer
  • Dr. Rodulfo Rodriguez - Secretary
