The following General Conditions regulate the access to and use of the Website surfandhelp.org, registered to Florian Weimert ("Owner").
Any person accessing the Website is asked read the General Conditions in force at the time of access and must not use the Website if they do not fully agree with its contents. The mere use of this Website attributes the condition of user ("User") and implies full acceptance and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Through the url surfandhelp.org (the "Website"), the Owner makes available to users a set of contents and information of various kinds, generally relating to products and services offered, marketed by the Owner under its trademark.
Modification of the general conditions
The Owner reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and content available on the Website and these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, each time you access the Website, the User shall consult and accept the latest version of these Terms and Conditions before continuing to use the Website.

Intellectual property rights and industrial
The Website and the different elements that comprise it, such as databases, applications, service marks, logos, photographs, fragments of audiovisual works, graphic designs or any others, are subject to intellectual and industrial property that Owner is the sole owner or assignee to the extent required. These Terms do not imply assignment or transfer to User any intellectual or industrial property on the Website or any of its components. Expressly prohibited the User acts of reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, making available, mining, reuse, forwarding or exploitation by any means or process of the Website or its components, except in cases in which it is or legally permitted without express written consent of the Owner.

• A document .pdf with signed declaration by which he/she makes itself responsible for the veracity of the statement to the Owner in its submission made.

Users and, in general, those who wish to establish a link between their website and the Website ("Hyperlink") must comply with the terms set forth below. The establishment of a Hyperlink in conditions other than those set out below shall require the prior written acceptance of the Owner:

Treatment of personal data

Without limiting the foregoing, regardless of whether any member of such company, hereby grant us (and our licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users) license by the maximum duration of exploitation rights, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully liberated, free, sublicensable and transferable nature around the world to publicly perform any musical composition (including lyrics) contained in such phonogram or Delivery.
